Through the use of intensive therapeutic community and judicial supervision, we help our participants begin the lifelong process of recovery from addiction and becoming productive citizens thereby enhancing public safety, reducing crime, and aiding the community, saving valuable public and private resources.
The Chaves County Adult Treatment Court Program ( hereinafter, CCATCP) adheres to all federal and state laws that govern the release of confidential information pertaining personal health information and substance abuse treatment information including 42 Code of Federal Regulations Part I, commonly referred to as 42 CFR Part 2 and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Consideration for admission to the Treatment Court program shall be limited to those potential
participants (including past CCATCP participants) who:
Should you have any issues or complaints you should disclose it with the CCATCP Coordinator who will inform the Judge unless the issue is directly related to either party. In this case you
should report the incident directly to the District Chief Executive Officer and the Senior Statewide Program Manager. You can request a grievance form the CCATCP Coordinator or

If one is aware of any of these violations, please report it to a treatment court team member as soon as possible, or to the Statewide Treatment Court Program Manager by phone at (505)827- 4800. You will not receive any repercussions for reporting situations, not in line with the above team member expectations.
